- CHOOSE LOCATION/LOT - Maverick will send you a current list of all available vacant land options and you can choose a property you would like to build on thats currently on the market location area of your choice.
- SITE EVALUATION - Once you have chosen a lot you're interested in call Island Home Builders Inc. at 808-283-3467 to schedule a site visit/evaluation to examine the terrain for the type of house you want to be built on the lot you choose. This visit will give you an idea of potential excavation & building costs. It will also note the best type of house suitable to be built on that specific terrain.
