ARE YOU INSURED?
Yes, we carry general liability (GL), workers compensation & commercial auto insurance
DO YOU SUBCONTRACT OUT EVERYTHING?
No, as the owner/operator I am always on the job site from start to finish in the trenches making sure everything done right and is up to my high quality standards.
WHAT DO YOU SUBCONTRACT?
Electrical, Plumbing & Excavation work
I HAVE A PROPERTY I WANT TO BUILD ON WHATS THE NEXT STEP?
Next step would be to have plans made on the house you would like built. If you don't have plans already made we have a draftsperson that can help you create plans for the home you'd like to build. After the plans are created they need to be submitted to the county building division for permitting. Once plans are permitted & property is visited by us we can give you a more precise bid on the project.
WHAT IS YOUR PRICE PER SQUARE FOOT?
There are many variables at play affecting cost when building and designing a new home. Because of this, we do not have a set price per square foot that we charge. Instead, we work closely with you from the start to determine how to get the most out of your budget. With 30 plus years in the construction business I take a Value Engineering approach from the onset of the design phase. At any budget level, this approach ensures you are getting the most important features in your new home all the while respecting your stated budget goals.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO BUILD A HOME?
The weather, material & labor availability, customer changes, geography, the type & size of home to be built, etc are just a few variables that can affect the construction timeline when building a new home. Like the bid I can give you a more accurate timeframe with permitted plans & a site visit.
WHAT IS VALUE ENGINEERING?
Value Engineering is continuously looking for ways to lower overall project costs while keeping features our clients want. With 30 plus years in the construction industry I have a keen eye when it comes to Value Engineering so I may suggest changing the floor plans & elevations, or use different materials in certain areas.
