I'm Marlon Ordonez, Owner of Island Home Builders Inc. and I would like to build your new home in Hawaii! I am a licensed and bonded General Contractor in the State of Hawaii and take extreme great pride in all of my work.
I was raised on the island of Maui and attended Maui Community College for four years where I enrolled in the Hawaii Carpenter Union Apprentice program in 1987. This led to learning and mastering the carpentry trade, becoming a journeyman-carpenter and later moving up to become a foreman in the construction industry.
Over the years I have worked on many subdivisions which included but not limited to:
We have two locations Big Island; South Kona (Milolii) & also near Kailua-Kona (Keauhou). My company was created in 2007 and has been in great business since, providing great customer service and high quality workmanship at a reasonable price.
